Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
   Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
   Products that are used, damaged by the customer, without original packaging, or marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.

3. Return Request

4. Refund Process
   Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
   If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs/videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
